Practice Coach

PRACTICECOACH® is a managerial system based upon workbooks and videotapes to help practice groups improve their performance. The workbooks and tapes are not sold individually, but as a complete package. They feature me presenting on various topics, as well as in conversation with Patrick McKenna and Gerald Riskin, the co-developers of the package. Each videotape in the series is designed to be used at a practice group meeting, together with the associated workbooks, to initiate discussion and lead the group to action-planning. The modules are carefully sequenced to facilitate action decision making from the first meeting. (Also included are a series of videotapes and workbooks for the exclusive use of the practice group leader, to assist him or her in preparing to run the meetings.)
