I’ve found recently that the blogging hype is true. Before I even released my blog to the public it helped me get a small consulting gig. If you aren’t blogging you should…and not just for the marketing. It is demanding to continue to post week after week, helping you to keep your skills sharp.

Yes, Lance, you are absolutely right about “helping to keep skills sharp”. That’s why I am certain that every CEO or senior partner must have a business blog. It helps him to focus on the essence of his business.

I highly recommend to read David’s article “Strategy Means Saying “no”. I am so sure that David just for this phrase should be in Management Hall of Fame. In my humble opinion, this article is most underrated. Please, check it and you will be delighted.
