Self Publishing: A Key Resource

A key resource, and a great starting point for those considering self publishing is Morris Rosenthal.

He wrote the book on the subject (self published of course.)

He also has an ongoing blog, informative and entertaining, where he addresses new and up-to-date questions.

Jerry Weinberg has also just written about self-publishing. (http://weinbergonwriting.blogspot.com/2007/08/avoiding-whole-agenteditor-shenanigans.html) He give some good reasons why someone might want to self-publish, and warns against going that route just to avoid editors and agents.
